 We offer a healthier alternative to the usual fast food concepts. MOCHICA  is a family owned and operated business since 2016 in Concord north carolina. Our specialty is our signature Peruvian “Pollo a la Brasa” style Rotisserie Chicken, marinated and slow cooked over natural wood charcoal in our rotisserie oven. At Mochica we use only All-Natural Chickens free of any added hormones and  free of any FDA allergens. We also offer house favorite Peruvian Entrées such as Bistec a lo pobre and Lomo Saltado,  Tallarín saltado , that are made to order so you always get a fresh made plate.
